Terms of Service

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or upload malicious material. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and telling us if you believe your account has been misused.

Products and services are displayed from our catalogue. An account lets you save items across sessions; guest items are stored on the current device. Website availability and saved data can be affected by connectivity, browser settings or maintenance. Review your cart after sign-in because guest and account quantities merge.

Catalogue details help you explore options. Availability, compatibility, pricing, production specifications and delivery arrangements are confirmed during the order conversation. Adding an item to a cart or wish list is not an order acceptance. Purchase and production arrangements are covered separately in Terms and Conditions.

You retain rights in artwork you provide and must have permission to use it. Supply files only for work you are authorised to request. Our website text, branding and layout must not be reused in a way that infringes applicable rights. Sharing a file for a quote does not give permission to publish it as a portfolio example.

Google sign-in, WhatsApp, mapping links and infrastructure providers have their own terms. We may maintain or change website features, and interruptions can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
