We deliver nationwide. The delivery method depends on the item, its size and the destination. Printers, delicate products and large print jobs may need special handling. Tell us about access restrictions or receiving arrangements when discussing your order.

Delivery costs are paid by the customer and quoted by staff after contacting you. They are separate from the VAT-inclusive product or service price. We confirm the order and delivery total before dispatch; the website does not calculate a final shipping fee.

Availability, production time and your destination affect delivery timing. Any estimated dispatch or arrival date is discussed with our team. Tell us about an event or deadline early. If an arrangement changes, contact us in the existing order conversation.

All payments are on delivery. Keep your contact number reachable and arrange for someone to receive the order at the agreed location. Check the item, quantity and visible condition against the order confirmation, and raise any concern promptly.

If you need to change your address or availability, contact us before dispatch where possible. Any revised delivery cost or redelivery arrangement will be discussed with you. For a damaged or incorrect item, follow Returns and Refunds rather than sending it back without instructions.
