What can I buy from Print Core Kenya?
Printing materials, printers and photocopiers, plus printing services. Browse Products for physical goods and Services for jobs produced to your requirements. Availability and final specifications are confirmed by our team.
Can I order without creating an account?
Yes. You can browse and add products to your cart while logged out. At checkout, sign in or continue the conversation through WhatsApp. Services are ordered through WhatsApp and can be saved to your wish list; they are not added to the product cart.
How do I pay, and are prices VAT-inclusive?
All payments are made on delivery. Listed prices are VAT-inclusive. Delivery is an additional customer-paid charge quoted by our team. We confirm the total and payment arrangements with you before dispatch.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes, we deliver nationwide in Kenya. Share your town, delivery area and contact number. Delivery fees and timing depend on the order and destination and are confirmed by staff; the website does not promise a fixed delivery date.
What happens to my cart and wish list?
Guest items are stored in this browser. When you sign in, they merge with your saved account items; matching product cart quantities are added. Clearing browser data can remove guest items. Signing in on a shared device can merge items left in that browser, so review the merged list.
How do I prepare artwork for printing?
Tell us the intended finished size and share your artwork requirements with our team. We can discuss file format, resolution, bleed, colour and finishing before production. Screens can display colour differently from printed stock; ask about a proof or sample if colour matching is important.
Can you help me choose compatible ink or toner?
Share the exact printer model and existing cartridge code where available. Do not rely on appearance alone. Our team will help check the product details before confirming your order.
What if something arrives wrong or damaged?
Contact customer care promptly with the order reference, a description and clear photographs if useful. Keep packaging and the item while we assess the issue. See Returns and Refunds for the process; your applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
