Print Core Kenya operates from Tearoom, Nairobi, Kenya. For privacy enquiries or requests, email customercare@printcorekenya.co.ke. Explain your request without sending unnecessary identity documents; we may need proportionate information to verify that it relates to you.

Account sign-in involves your email address, account identifier and authentication information through Firebase Authentication; Google sign-in also involves the account details you choose to share. Cart and wish-list records relate to your selected items. When you contact us or order, you may provide a name, phone number, delivery details, order instructions and artwork. Hosting providers may process technical request and security logs.

We use relevant information to provide account access, maintain your cart and wish list, answer enquiries, confirm and fulfil orders, coordinate delivery and investigate problems or misuse. We rely on the legal basis appropriate to each purpose, such as taking steps for an order, performing an agreement, meeting legal duties or protecting legitimate security interests. Where consent is required for an optional use, we will request it separately.

We use service providers to support secure accounts, website hosting and file delivery. They may process information outside Kenya. We share relevant order details with delivery providers where needed to fulfil your order. External services you choose to use, including Google sign-in and WhatsApp, also have their own privacy practices. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your data.

Your browser can remember guest shopping items and preferences. When you sign in, guest items merge with your account items. We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the relevant service and meet applicable obligations. Contact us about your records or a deletion request. You can request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate details, or object to relevant processing, subject to applicable law and verification. Requests to remove information are assessed against applicable rights and record-keeping duties. Contact us first; you can also raise a concern with Kenya’s Office of the Data Protection Commissioner at odpc.go.ke. Clearing browser storage removes local guest data but does not itself delete account records.

We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password private and sign out on shared devices. We update this notice when our services or privacy practices change.
